So if my recent post on spring dresses tells me anything it is that you all love these feminine little frocks. So do I and today I'm sharing another favorite version that is really perfect for spring or fall depending upon how you style it. For today, I'm showing a couple of ways to wear it both dressed up a little bit as well as super casual. I really love it both ways and am so excited to begin wearing new pieces like this again.
Okay, so if you're looking for something pretty to wear out on date night (yayyyy, they're coming back!) then you're going to want to reach for a floral option like this one. I'm not a big fan of prints, however, florals in springtime always tug at my heart. The soft billowy silhouette of this one makes it so easy to wear while the neckline and tie-front waist add some nice definition and soft shaping to the look.
Now if you are planning on going out with your hubby or boyfriend instead of just staying in, I would say to pair it with a slightly sexy pair of heeled sandals. These have an alluring yet minimalist look which is something I just love. I also think the neutral shade of this pair works so well with so much of what my closet holds.
If, however, you just want a bit more of a casual, day look then trainers are an absolute definite way to go. This pair is just so soft on the eyes and versatile making it the perfect choice for so many outfits that want an updated look that won't compete with the rest of the look.
Of course, the camel blazer is always on hand to go with almost every outfit I own and it works so beautifully with this dress as well. I like to push the sleeves up a bit for a softer, more relaxed look and feel.
No outfit is ever truly complete with out a bit of gold jewelry. This lovely little necklace is such a gorgeous piece and I love it with nearly everything I own. Finally, I never tire of a neutral bag. This Loewe one is one of my favorites. I can wear it with so much of what I own and it fits everything without being large or bulky.
Sunglasses complete the look and this Chloe pair is almost always on top of my head.
And there you have it. A perfect springtime dress you can wear in so many ways and always look perfectly put together.
I hope everyone is ready for a relaxing holiday weekend. It's been a while since we had one so I hope you all enjoy it!
