Happy Monday!  After spending the weekend in the city I can honestly say there's a wonderful pre-holiday buzz in the air.  Given it's my absolute favorite time of year, I could not be happier!  From the decorating to the shopping to festive merry-making, I adore every moment.  I also love when dressing for these moments is easy and stress-free.  Lucky for me, I recently had the opportunity to work with The Gap on styling these Slim City Pants for holiday and had such a fun time!  Last week I styled them in an urban chic feel that you can see here.  Thanks to their incredible versatility, today I'm taking things in a casual chic direction with a slighty preppy-urban vibe.  A plaid button down and fur vest take this pant downtown for some pre-holiday fun.  Add in a bright ballet flat and you're ready to shop those sales and grab that coffee to go.  Later, take things up a notch with a gorgeous fur vest in an unexpected color (I chose navy paired with all black and a hot pink heel…absolutely adoring this look!).  Shop these pieces below and try these looks for yourself at gap.com…Hope you're having a beautiful day!
