Want to know the absolute easiest way to punch up any ordinary outfit and make it off-the-page pretty?   Add the right accessories while mixing up patterns, prints and fabrics.  They simplest way that I like to start is with a great looking scarf.  Plaid is my fall favorite and I'm loving this one.  I love it with solids (think cashmere crewnecks or a soft chambray shirt).  I also think it looks unexpectedly fresh paired with stripes and topped with a soft, buttery leather jacket (authentic or faux).  The suppleness of the leather, boldness of the stripe and the bright happiness of the scarf make for the perfect cool weather look that works wonderfully with ankle boots or tall boots alike.  Something about it just shouts "pumpkin picking on the weekend" coupled with steamy hot cider and sweet cinnamon donut.  Grab your favorite guy, all wrapped up in cozy and you're ready for fall fun.  Hope your weekend includes some of these festive little details.  Have a great Friday!
