RED Any Good LOOKS Lately?











I don't know if it's the early holiday feel or just the plain gorgeousness of this color, that has me loving and obsessing over all things red.  From sumptuous scarlet to rich ruby, this hue is suddenly showing up everywhere and in endlessly alluring options.  So, the color that was once reserved only for lipstick and Corvettes has found its way into our wardrobes, handbags and hearts.

My favorite picks come in all shapes and sizes.  From outerwear, like this Madewell fireside vest (perfect for November camping - ok, glamping trips) and this chicly sophisticated Ted Baker wool trench, to those easy-to-adore accessories, like this Kate Spade New York handbag and Rebecca Minkoff Hudson Moto Mini, the choices are perfect for getting and giving.  Not feeling ready to completely commit to the color?  That's never a problem.  Try the shade on for size with a red leather strapped watch or a covetable Stella and Dot cosmetics case.  Still, my favorite way to wrap myself up in red is with an amazingly super soft sweater like these choices from Stella McCartney and J. Crew.
